Processing & dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• United Arab Emirates: typically 7–15 business days from dispatch, with tracking.
• International destinations: delivery times vary by country, typically 10–20 business days with tracking.

Shipping rates

• UAE: complimentary on all orders.
• International: a flat rate is shown at checkout before payment.

Peak periods

During busy seasons (for example White Friday or Ramadan sales) delivery may take a few days longer than usual. Your tracking link always shows the latest status.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are reshipped at our cost or refunded in full — your choice. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full terms.
